Welcome to Ningbo CEE Trade Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the Platform regarding the use of the Platform's services.
By registering, logging in, or using the Platform's services, you indicate that you have read and agree to all the provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you should immediately stop using the Platform's services.
The Platform only serves as a third-party data service provider, providing users with services such as product information display and transaction matching. The Platform does not participate in the specific transaction process and does not assume any legal responsibility for both parties to the transaction.
Product information, prices, descriptions, etc. on the Platform are all provided by suppliers themselves, and the Platform does not make any guarantees regarding their authenticity, accuracy, completeness, legality, etc.
3.1 Users shall ensure that the registration information they provide is true, accurate, complete, and valid, and shall promptly update the information when it changes.
3.2 Users shall comply with laws and regulations and shall not use the Platform to engage in any illegal or irregular activities.
3.3 Users shall properly keep their accounts and passwords and bear full responsibility for all operations performed using their accounts.
3.4 Users shall bear all risks and consequences arising from the use of the Platform's services.
4.1 The Platform only provides third-party data services and does not assume any responsibility for the transaction behaviors, transaction contents, transaction results, etc. of both parties to the transaction.
4.2 The Platform does not make any guarantees regarding the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, legality, etc. of the information, content, and data on the Platform.
4.3 The Platform does not assume any responsibility for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure factors such as network failures, system failures, and natural disasters.
4.4 The Platform does not assume any responsibility for losses caused by user's own reasons (such as operational errors, account theft, etc.).
4.5 The Platform does not assume any responsibility for service issues or losses caused by third-party reasons.
4.6 The Platform is not responsible for any user data, and all related responsibilities are borne by the user.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, software, etc., is protected by intellectual property laws and regulations. Without the written authorization of the Platform or relevant rights holders, users may not copy, modify, disseminate, use or use for other commercial purposes.
The Platform has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the services at any time according to business development needs, without prior notice to users.
If users violate these Terms or laws and regulations, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to users.
The conclusion, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of these Terms shall all apply to the laws of the People's Republic of China.
If both parties have a dispute over these Terms, they shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction where the Platform is located.
8.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
8.2 The Platform has the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the modified Terms shall take effect from the date of publication. If users continue to use the Platform's services, they are deemed to accept the modified Terms.
8.3 These Terms shall take effect from the date when the user registers or uses the Platform's services until the user terminates the use of the Platform's services.
