2. Composition and Properties: It is a milky white suspension liquid that may separate due to precipitation and can be easily dispersed. Active ingredient: Hepatitis B virus surface antigen. Excipients: Aluminum hydroxide, sodium chloride.
3. Target Population: This vaccine is suitable for individuals susceptible to hepatitis B, especially the following groups: (1) Newborns, especially those whose mothers have positive HBsAg and HBeAg. (2) Medical workers and laboratory personnel who come into contact with blood.
4. Function and Use: After vaccination, it can stimulate the body to produce immunity against hepatitis B virus. It is used for the prevention of hepatitis B.
5. Specifications: Each bottle (vial) contains 0.5ml, with a single dose for each person being 0.5ml, containing 10μg of HBsAg.
6. Immunization Schedule and Dose: (1) Intramuscular injection into the deltoid muscle of the upper arm.
